How did Northern Lattes come to be?

Mom of the Gutierrez family, Kerry, had said when she had moved to Marion that she could have a coffee stand and serve the community while working close to home for her children. This had always been an idea for years until a good friend of hers convinced her to turn her dream into a reality. Mom did her research and found the historic original building of the Marion State Bank, located on the corner of S Center St and FM 78. 

After months of blood, sweat, and tears in renovations, Northern Lattes opened its doors on June 16, 2014. You can find Mom, two of her daughters, her neice, and sometimes the baby of the family working there.

Open six days a week Northern Lattes offers decor that consists of history, rustic charm, with an eclectic feel that brings you comfort while visiting. They might learn your drink before your name but if you visit enough you too will be part of the NL-Family!
